Your responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a person to keep our AWS servers and applications running. On the job, you will learn how to maintain day-to-day operations of organization's SaaS (Software as a Service) infrastructure. You will be a part of international organization, working with Eracent customer support engineers on patching and upgrading Eracent systems and troubleshoot reported problems.
We welcome new ideas and visions – if there is a way do implement something better or easier, this team will love it.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations of SaaS servers and proactively prevent incidents.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement changes to organization's solutions in SaaS
infrastructure within change control procedures.
- Maintain configuration and change records for organization's SaaS infrastructure.
- Monitor data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Recommend configuration changes to improve system reliability and performance.
- Improve and extend existing procedures to ensure best possible quality of the services provided.
Our requirements
Skills Required:
- A willingness to learn – you do not need to know today but should tomorrow.
- Strong analytical skills – there will be quite a few “why?”, “how?” and “now what?”.
- Good English skills – yes, we communicate and document in English.
