Your responsibilities
We are currently looking for a person to join the Category and Sourcing team as junior analyst with big interest in digging in deep analyses and big data. The position is NEW and will be part of the controlling team. You will focus on driving and analysing data within the purchasing area to optimize assortment with focus on profitability. You will also be involved in the business and co-operate with other functions within the company and have a key person in different projects driven cross-functionally - all in all to increase sales in a profitable way.
Tasks including but not limited to:
- Analyse & Share Assortment efficiency:
• Overall product margin analyses
• Profitability analyses on brand/category/product level
• Follow up and analyse purchase orders on new products and brands as well as expected sales outcome
• Maintenance of reports, leading development, and operations on BI reports for Category and Sourcing team
• Involved in Budget and Forecast planning
• KPI management and follow up
- Stock together with Strategic Purchaser and Supply Chain:
• “Zero Seller and Slow mover” and actions related
• Out of Stock predictions and forecasts
• Obsolesce stock and actions related
Our requirements
Qualifications:
• Minimum a couple of years of experience within business controlling or as a business analyst,
• Strong Excel skills,
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
