Your responsibilities
Close cooperation with Leasing/Commercial department including assessment of leasing scenarios and preparation of recommendations in order to maximize asset value
Coordination of departments (property management, finance, leasing/commercial) during forecasting and budgeting process with focus on rental income and capex
Group internal reporting & analysis (vacancy rate, sales & footfall trends, leasing activity)
Coordination of real estate valuation process (data preparation, controls, analysis of events impacting value of assets)
Our requirements
Higher educational background
Technical skills: analytical mind with attention to detail; organizational skills; fluent English
Personal attributes: adaptability; strong communication skills; pragmatic & proactive approach
