Your responsibilities

  • Cooperate with Mercer’s team and other team members to deliver high quality Employee Engagement products

  • Create and test online questionnaires in multiple foreign languages in our tools

  • Coordinate distribution of surveys (setting up invitation emails and reminders in multiple languages, making sure that system is set-up correctly)

  • Prepare own calculations in Excel, R or Tableau to check correctness of data in Employee Engagement reports (PPT or HTML)

  • Maintain high quality of delivered reports

  • Help with preparation of executive presentations

  • Attend daily calls with international Mercer colleagues

Our requirements

  • Last year student or graduate preferred in a quantitative field (Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, etc.)

  • Knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a strong general computer literacy

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills/experience

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills to resolve any outstanding issues

  • Very good command of written and spoken English

  • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines, in a team-focused, fast-paced and flexible environment

  • Being a self-starter with organizational and time management skills

Optional

  • Experience in quantitative market research

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preparing statistical reports

  • Knowledge of R studio or VBA or Python

  • Experience in working in a multinational, virtual team

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), openness to using different modes and means of communication, such as emails, calls, video calls, or business chat tools;

  • Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders (clients) at different levels of the organization

  • Impeccable manners, integrity and courteousness

Global On-Line Surveys Team is part of Mercer that prepares online surveys. As a team, we have an unique opportunity to help people understand complex and ambiguous reality by designing questionnaires, asking relevant questions and reporting data and insights. We create polls on hot topics, feedback surveys, policy and practices surveys, and many more to bring the value to employees and employers.
