Your responsibilities

  • Reviewing documents in terms of identifying key contract terms, conditions and clauses

  • Uploading and ongoing maintenance of a dedicated contract database

  • Providing data analysis based on the contract database for internal stakeholders

  • Ensuring consistency and accuracy of the data through use of available tools

  • Supporting other team projects when needed

  • Collaborating with category teams to obtain contract documents

  • Inputting of contract data into the database

  • Creating ad hoc and periodic reports

  • Responding to queries from the requestors

Our requirements

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English, at least C1 level

  • Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams, PowerPoint)

  • Self-starter – ability to take ownership of tasks end to end

  • Sorting, Data Correction, Data Logic, ease of navigating in text formatted data)

  • Attention to details

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work flexibly

  • Previous experience in international office environment

Optional

  • Microsoft Excel Advanced desirable but not required (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Data)

  • Experience in Procurement or Legal background would be an asset
