Your responsibilities
Reviewing documents in terms of identifying key contract terms, conditions and clauses
Uploading and ongoing maintenance of a dedicated contract database
Providing data analysis based on the contract database for internal stakeholders
Ensuring consistency and accuracy of the data through use of available tools
Supporting other team projects when needed
Collaborating with category teams to obtain contract documents
Inputting of contract data into the database
Creating ad hoc and periodic reports
Responding to queries from the requestors
Our requirements
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English, at least C1 level
Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams, PowerPoint)
Self-starter – ability to take ownership of tasks end to end
Sorting, Data Correction, Data Logic, ease of navigating in text formatted data)
Attention to details
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexibly
Previous experience in international office environment
Optional
Microsoft Excel Advanced desirable but not required (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Data)
Experience in Procurement or Legal background would be an asset
