Your responsibilities
Providing excellent analysis of commercial lease documents
Accurate abstraction of documents
Diligent data entry within indicated timeframe
Management of database and lease documents in clients’ portfolios
Regular preparation, release and updates of reports for clients
Administration tasks completion within the deadlines
Our requirements
Very good English and French or German
Any other European language would be an asset
Experience in data processing and analysis of formal documentation
Timeliness and reliability
Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills – written and spoken
Ability to work individually as well as in a team
