Your responsibilities
An attractive workplace in the Global Business Services (GBS) Hub of Swarovski, based in Gdańsk, Poland. The GBS develops and delivers high quality multi-functional services, provides functional expertise and ensures a continuous improvement of its process portfolio, together with the regional spokes and local organizations across the globe. We are searching for a Junior AP Accountant. This is a great opportunity to start your journey with accounting.
ABOUT THE JOB
In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following:
• Actively learn & support the business
• Perform day-to-day AP activities
• Answer incoming queries and phone calls in professional way
• Process all assigned tasks: invoice verification, invoice processing, payment processing, T&E processing
• Back-up other team members on daily basis
• Update documentation
• Support Lean Culture by participation in initiatives
Our requirements
ABOUT YOU
A motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
• Possibly bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Data entry skills along with a passion for working with numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and standard software tools
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills
• Continuous improvement mindset, strong process orientation and a solution orientated work approach
• Fluency in English in speaking and writing
• SAP knowledge would be a great plus
