Your responsibilities

  • Control of invoices entered to the accounting system in various countries in Europe.

  • Follow-up of accounts payable from input till payment & manage vendor balances.

  • Split cost per proper account, cost center, profit center.

  • Searches for formal mistakes of invoices & issues correction notes.

  • Collect original invoices and receipts for tax accounting.

  • Control employee travel expenses.

  • Ensure bank reconciliation for outgoing payments, provide information on bank transfers

  • Help with preparing financial analysis and reports

Our requirements

  • Student or bachelor’s degree (Finance/Accounting/Economy),

  • Analytical skills,

  • Good knowledge of English,

  • Knowledge of SAP would be an asset,

  • Attention to detail and great organization skills, proactive attitude,

  • Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel.
