Your responsibilities
Being one of the key players in establishing the new SSC in Warsaw
Participation in establishing centralized process in SSC in PTP area
Stabilizing the migrated process
Ensuring the smooth running of the PTP function
Responsibility for effective delivery of payables activities such as invoice posting, invoice processing,
Verifying the correctness and completeness of data, reports and statements along with the analysis of deviations
Preparing monthly / annual / quarterly reports and other documents required by the management team
Maintenance and enhancement of SAP structure, in line with the business needs
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Preparing reports and analysis
Assuring process compliance with Husqvarna policies and regulatory guidelines
Our requirements
In order to be successful in this role, we believe that it’s important to be solution-oriented, critical thinker, service minded, have an eye for details and enjoy the many contact with stakeholders; both internal as well as external stakeholders.
The person should be a team player who enjoy working together within a team.
Excellent communicative ability in English, written and oral.
Previous experience within finance or customer service/service occupation can be an advantage.
