Your responsibilities
Activities connected with booking invoices in the financial system, payments, vendor master data, document workflow
Cooperation with peers and other teams across the Property Management business line
Ensuring operations are in line with department’s service level agreements
Building relationship with stakeholders
Reviewing and updating process documentation, playbooks and guidelines
Ad hoc analysis of reports based on internal needs and client’s request
Our requirements
Fluent English is a must
German language – in communicative level
University degree in progress, preferred finances/accounting/economy
Open for the first professional experience in accounting department
Good MS Excel skills
Stand-alone approach to business challenges
Team player
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
