Junior AR Accountant

Your responsibilities
- Accounting and matching customer payments to receivables
- Analyzing and reconciling AR accounts
- Reporting and control of overdue receivables
- Issuing invoices
- Daily activities in scope of Accounts Receivable processes in compliance with Fortum policies
- Processing month end closing tasks and reports
- Responding to queries from internal customers via e-mail/telephone in line with the Service Level Agreement
- Preparing data for internal and external audits purposes
- Ensuring accurate and timely process delivery
- Identifying potential process improvements
Our requirements
- University degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar Accounts Receivable role, within SSC environment as an advantage
- Good written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Collections processes and controls;
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong organizational, problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
