Your responsibilities
Perform customer billing and process self-billed transactions in B2B
Cash collection monitoring
Cooperation with Sales department in clarification of any discrepancies between own and customer records
Cooperation with Logistic departments in clarification on any quantity discrepancies
Clearing customer accounts
Processing incoming payments in accordance with defined processes and Client's requirements
Cooperation with other accountants and supporting on daily duties
Support of Month and Year End Closing
Supporting legal units during internal and external audits
Our requirements
Very good in business English, other language will be an advantage
Minimum 6 months of experience in financial area or Bachelor's or Master’s degree
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or in Finance Shared Services for a global company as an asset
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to gain knowledge and process orientation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
