Your responsibilities
Perform day-to-day activities in terms of Cash Collection and accounts receivable area. Downloading bank statements, payment allocation, clearings, cash tracker completion, monitoring/coordination of unapplied cash, cooperation with AR Collectors
Perform all aspects of collections regarding EMEA Customers Portfolio (resolving customer financial queries, managing overdue payments through Collections Workflow, receive and resolve discrepancies, prepare and dispatch dunning letters, assisting in matching payments received)
Prepare required reports on time (past due, forecast, month closing entries for the cash summary with explanation etc.)
Escalate and follow up on issues through Collections Workflow
Ensure Key Metric’s are met and service is delivered
Provide required information and documentation for internal and external audit
Our requirements
University degree
Very good command of English
Experience in handling AR activities, preferably in SSC/BPO company will be considered as an asset
Working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
Practical knowledge of SAP - will be considered as an asset
Analytical and communication skills
Proactive individual with intercultural competence
