Junior AR Analyst with GermanNumer ref.: 135356

You’ll be part of a diverse team providing support on daily operations  in the finance department. Your main responsibility will be to maintain  relationship with Client retained team, handling their enquiries and  providing support on regular OTC activities. Your daily duties will  cover performing cash application activities including payments  reconciliation, unallocated cash analysis, chasing customers for missing  remittance advice and handling customers’ queries.

Scope of Duties:

  • Payments posting and clearing in SAP
  • Unallocated/unapplied cash analysis
  • Customers’ queries handling
  • Accounts Reconciliation
  • Month End Close activities
  • Reporting
Requirements:
  • German, min B2
  • English, min B2
  • Analytical skills, understanding of accounting principles
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work under time and result pressure
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Knowledge of SAP as an asset
