Your responsibilities
Recording customer payments inappropriate accounts
Researches unapplied cash resolves payment discrepancies
Account maintenance on request and according to the procedure
Processing payment run and direct debit
Account reconciliation and basic reporting
Collaborate effectively with Credit, Collections and Banking Team
Updating SOPs based on changes in the process
Our requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy or other related
Experience in Accounts Receivable Process will be an asset
Advanced Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook
Fluent English and good German in speaking and writing
Good problem- solving skills and cooperative attitude
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Solid communication skills

As a Junior AR Specialist, you will be responsible for recording customer payments inappropriate accounts across multiple locations, identifying and resolving payment discrepancies, and answering the Local Finance Team's inquiries as needed.
