Your responsibilities

  • Assist on routine audits including drafting audit reports, presenting issues to the business, and discussing practical solutions

  • Monitor and identify emerging risks

  • Contribute to the development of audit process improvements, including contributions to the development of automated routines to help focus audit testing

  • Apply basic understanding of internal audit standards, policies, and local regulations to provide timely audit assurance

  • Develop effective line management relationships to ensure and leverage comprehension of the business

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Our requirements

  • Previous relevant experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Effective verbal, written and negotiation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment

  • Fluent Polish and English

The Junior Auditor is an entry level role responsible for performing audits across the business in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to draft and present audit reports to the business and discuss practical solutions with business leaders.
