Your responsibilities
- You work out a functional analysis (FDS) in which you analyze the client's assignment (URD) and find the most optimal solution for this
- PLC programming and visualization (HMI interfaces). For this you use the customer's standard or our own Contec Software Standard
- Ensure the connection and data exchange of the PLCs with parent systems. This in collaboration with the MOM / MES department
- After preparation and internal tests at the office, we simulate everything together with the customer during a FAT. They are invited to our offices for this, but it can just as easily be done via remote sessions
- Then you go on site at the customer to test your work in reality (SAT) and fine-tune it
- If the customer wishes, we also provide aftercare for the services we provided tchem
- Close collaboration with your project coordinator and your team
Our requirements
- Bachelor, preferably master (elektromechanics, automation and robotics, elektrotechnics)
- At least one year of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of English at a level that allows easy communication (This is the main language within the company)
- First experience with programmation of PLC, visualisation via HMI
- Openness to business trips (domestic and foreign)
- Knowledge of: Rockwell; RSLogix, FTview, Siemens; Step7, TIA Portal, WinCC, PCS7, Schneider; Ecostruxure Control Expert, Vijeo Designer, Networks; ProfiNet, Ethernet-IP, Profibus, DeviceNet, ControlNet.
