Your responsibilities
- providing helpdesk support for Ayelix portal on a daily basis
- administrating portal’s content and users’ access via internal administrative tools
- being a part of the testing team verifying new features and current functionalities after every portal’s update
- preparing some graphic elements of the portal (e.g. site levels layouts from .dwg or .pdf drawings)
- creating short manuals, instructions, tutorials, marketing brochures/leaflets and news – all types of the portal’s related notifications in an aesthetic graphic and/or video form
Our requirements
- bachelor or Master degree (technical or engineering degree would be an asset)
- excellent English and Polish language skills, both verbal and written
- excellent communication skills
- open minded and problem solving oriented person
- positive attitude with the desire to constant learn
- well organized and structured (being able to track number of assigned tasks easily)
- high interest in new technologies and internet solutions
- familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud products (we primarily value Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or other competitive solutions
Optional
- previous professional experience in helpdesk/support role
- ability to write scripts or advanced formulas in MS Excel
- understanding of social media
