Your future working tasks:
- Performing a process ensuring adherence to all established policies, procedures and controls
- Ensuring daily output maintains department/team standards for quality and timeliness
- Tracking and following up on multiple cases at the same time and adjust to competing priorities
- Generating client reports and statements
- Help to ensure team deadlines and/or requirements are being met
- Monitoring and assisting in the resolution of issues
- Understands fundamentals of relevant systems and processes
- Responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Participating in new enhancement testing and rollouts to increase productivity and improve accuracy
The Ideal Candidate should have:
- BA/BS degree, and some financial/banking experience
- Research, analysis, and problem resolution skills
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent client service skills
- Attention to details and good organization skills
