Your responsibilities

  • Support administrators, advisors and client managers in Sweden in a wide range of administrative tasks

  • Collect, review and process data related to clients' insurance policies and pension plans

  • Maintain the quality of data in internal systems and application

  • Take part in internal improvement projects

Our requirements

  • Very good Swedish and English

  • Working knowledge of Excel

  • Strong analytical skills and close attention to details

  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team


  • Previous experience in SSC / BPO company

Employee Health and Benefits Team provides administrative and transactional support to insurance and pension brokers in Nordic countries. They are on daily basis handling and verifying data for pension and insurance administration purposes, also, they are responsible for various mailboxes through which they contact insurers, our clients and their employees.
