What can you expect?
In this interesting back-office role you will be responsible for administering the employee benefits of Mercer's clients in France. You will be responsible for answering employees' requests regarding their fees or benefits, updating data in internal systems, preparing regular reports and comparing them with the existing database.

We will count on you to:
Collate, review and process data related to clients’ insurance policies and benefits plans (prepare the respective translations)
Generate claims ratio report
Maintain the quality of data and documents in internal systems and applications
Support administrators onshore in daily activities
What you need to have:
Very good English & French
Proficiency in MS Office tools and general computer literacy
Good organization skills, attention to detail and ability to seek improvements within existing processes
What makes you stand out:
Experience in SSC/ BPO operations environment working with processes
