Junior Benefits Specialist - Broker Assistant

Your responsibilities

  • Manage renewals preparation tasks for assigned Clients’ portfolio, e.g. gathering data from vendors and Clients, updating internal systems

  • Prepare analyses of insured benefit plans (mainly life insurance and medical plans)

  • Work on offers comparisons’ and data visualization as PP presentations, reports and others

  • Support on insurance programs negotiations’ with providers

  • Manage simple issues and correspondence with clients and vendors

  • Active support in program’s implementations: preparing employee communication, employee sessions’ organisation

  • Other active daily support for insurance brokers

Our requirements

  • MA or BA university degree, preferably in administrative, economics, finance or law area

  • Proficiency in MS Office (good Excel and PowerPoint skills)

  • Good command of English and Polish

  • Multitasking skills

  • Ability to sustain relationships with business partners and employees at all levels

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills

  • Client’s approach and initiative


  • Previous experience in the insurance broker or finance company

  • Desirably knowledge of the medical industry and/ or personal insurance plans
