Your responsibilities

Junior Brand Manager for Central Eastern Europe Region is an important role with direct impact on business results and the dynamics of the entire category. Taking the position, You will be responsible for managing chosen fragrance brands in the CEE region and have opportunity to work on a few markets (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania) as well as with global team.

What You’ll Do

• Leading chosen Fragrance brands in CEE region in order to achieve annual, quantitative goals, profit and market shares

• Leading the brands in relation to 4P (product, place, price, promotion)

• Responsibility for P&L of given brands in the region

• Leading & execution NPIs for the chosen brands across the region, securing topline growth and profitability

• Contribution to Fragrance category pricing strategy. Leading pricing positioning of managed brands

• Adaptation and implementation of global brands strategy (portfolio & communication) in the region in order to achieve objectives accepted as part of the annual budget and the global COTY strategy

• Preparing activation briefs. Close cooperation with media house and creative agencies. Preparing post-evaluation of activities

• Creating consumer insights and adapting them to local communication (using different tools e.g. market researches)

• Close cooperation with other commercial functions: sales, customer marketing and finance in order to secure brand portfolio agenda

• Active cooperation with a global team, local customer marketing teams across CEE

Our requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of work experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry

  • Experience in regional position is an advantage (coordination of several markets)

  • Proven experience in brand’s P&L management

  • Very good knowledge of contemporary digital media (social media, content marketing, influencers, video, mobile)

  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects

  • Very good knowledge of market analysis and experience in data driven recommendation

  • Very good command of English both in writing and speaking

  • Goal oriented, proactive, team player with can do attitude. Creative and passionate, yet able to work independently

  • Ability to work in dynamic environment, analytical, planning and organizational skills

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)

  • Knowledge and passion about the beauty category will be an advantage
