Junior Brand Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Understand what makes our customers tick, what they like and what even they don’t know they like yet, by analysing consumer trends, youth culture and market data.

  • Build on our established communication platforms, developing local Bacardi activations.

  • Manage and execute experiential projects: events and parties that engage our consumers.

  • Construct digital activations from creator content campaigns to disruptive promotions.

  • Work with the wider team at Bacardi-Martini, from Customer Marketing to Sales, to make sure we are playing in the right places, at the right time and with best tools.

  • Help to build marketing plans from start to finish specifically tailored for Polish consumers while not forgetting our history and global context.

Our requirements

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

At least 3 years of solid experience in consumer marketing and/or digital agencies.

Familiar with novel digital activations including delivered projects with proven results.

Leading consumer experiential activations and events.

Knowledgeable in Excel and using data to rationalize ideas.

Experience in controlling budgets and tracking investments.

Designing presentations that look great and convey complex topics clearly.

Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Degree and/or professional marketing qualifications.

Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written).

The following experiences are preferred:

Lifestyle brands marketing and communication experience.

Music industry cooperation experience.
