Your responsibilities
Provide complex analysis for brands and categories.
Identify key business opportunities for brands.
Prepare activities' numerical summaries and conclusions.
Partner internally with key functions (Groceries, Food, BI, CRM…) to contribute to the definition of priorities and operational goals according to the brands’ needs.
Regularly audit metrics to continually analyze the progress and make sure targets are reached and new opportunities are identified across verticals & countries.
Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation.
Our requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, marketing
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an analyst preferably in FMCG or digital background
Analytical skills mandatory
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of Looker as a plus
Planning, prioritization and time-management skills
Ability to communicate efficiently both internally and externally
Excellent written and spoken Polish and English
Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly

As a Junior Brand Partnership Analyst you will be part of the Glovo Brand Marketing services team, which provides a suite of services designed to help Glovo's most strategic FMCGs brands. Your priority will be to work backwards from the customer, identifying inputs to grow your brand and improve their performance. You will be an analytical support for Account Managers.
