Your responsibilities
- You’ll be responsible for conducting selection processes to hire the best and culturally matched talents
- A direct impact on selection processes at Boldare and building exceptional candidate experience
- Working with modern, comfortable tools for communication and candidate selection (you can forget about candidate databases in Excel)
- You'll join forces with highly skilled Talent Selection team, eager to share their knowledge and best practices
- You’re the one to work closely with representatives of other teams to meet their recruitment needs
- You'll identify new opportunities to cover the organization’s needs regarding current hiring policy
Our requirements
- At least 1 year working as Recruiter/Researcher or similar position in IT.
- Theoretical knowledge about basic assessment tools in selection processes
- Active listening skills at an outstanding level
- Exceptional communication, self-organization and time management skills
- The natural ease in building relationships with candidates and team members
- Empathy and the ability to recognize the candidate's needs
- Very good analytical skills and ability to critically assess the situation
- Proactive, driven personality, striving for continuous improvement of your own performance
- Willingness to measure the efficiency of the selection process and to their continuous improvement
- Fluency in English and Polish to easily communicate with candidates
Optional
- Experience in active sourcing candidates (networking, headhunting, boolean search, etc.)
- Theoretical knowledge about building assessment tools
