Your responsibilities
Timely and comprehensive claims settlement in road, sea and air transport
Gathering documentation to establish responsibility for an incident
Correspondence in English
Analysis of the documentation and preparation of a payment decision or a refusal to pay compensation
Conducting recourse proceedings against responsible entities for a damage
Ongoing contact with the client and with DSV units
Our requirements
Very good command of English
Very good command of Czech or Danish
MS Office knowledge
Experience in insurance, logistics, customer insurance
Ability to make decisions and highly developed communication skills
Attention to details, responsibility, ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work under time pressure
