Your responsibilities

  • Analyzing programs/offers/communication generated by Regional Marketing department

  • Analysis of Regional Sales Team plans (recruitment-, seasonal-, activity campaigns, as well as other sales programs or actions planned to support productivity, loyalty or activity)

  • Leadership post-programs analysis

  • Assessment of bonus schemes

  • New initiatives assessment implemented by Regional Marketing Team

  • Other ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support Commercial Team (20% of time)

Our requirements

  • Bachelor degree in statistics, quantitative methods in economics, mathematics or similar

  • 1 year of working experience, preferably in analytical function from international company

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge and experience with data visualization tools e.g.: Power BI

  • Elementary proficiency in area of relational databases and SQL

  • Python would be an advantage

  • Advanced English (verbal and in writing)

Purpose of the role

The purpose of the role is to evaluate and maximize commercial strategy by ensuring the accurate reports and analysis requests coming from Sales and Marketing related areas. To be a link between business and IT in order to deliver all requested and relevant data. To be a key user of all available data sources (transactional databases, website data) through available tools (e.g.: SQL developer, Power BI).
