An outstanding opportunity to find a new home for your skills, ideas, and ambitions by joining Credit Suisse as a junior cross border compliance specialist assisting other Credit Suisse employees in navigation through the landscape of tools and rules applicable under the cross border (CB) compliance program. In day-to-day work you will be supporting CB Compass tool (a repository of cross border rules per country used by employees across all Credit Suisse locations and business divisions), reviewing cross border training materials (including the CB mandatory annual training), supporting/ managing the establishment of cross border procedures and providing advice on them, reviewing business manuals based on the provided quality checklist and maintaining travel restrictions log.

The Global Cross Border Compliance team is a group of highly qualified and dedicated subject matter specialists within Core Compliance. You will work with a variety of people at different levels across the bank including divisional compliance and respective business risk functions. The program team is global with most of the key roles sitting in Switzerland.   • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Strong attention to details and problem solving skills
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage work independently as well as part of the team in a dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure
  • As an additional asset bachelor degree and/or university degree (no specific educational background is necessary for the role)
  • As an additional asset proven experience in a corporate environment
