In this role, you will be responsible mainly for identification of cost saving opportunities, reporting package production and distribution, FTE tracking as well as monthly expense forecast production. You will have regular interactions with partners across multiple functions (financial controllers from other divisions, Group Finance specialists, financial accountants, etc.) to better understand business, manage and deliver operational improvements to processes in scope.

You will be responsible for managing variety of tasks:

  • Partner with business leaders and key business partners in Sustainability, Research and Investment Solutions (SRI) department to fully understand business drivers and issues as appropriate
  • Capture all P&L details and key financial performance indicators
  • Provide relevant, timely, accurate and insightful analysis to enable and support decision-making about business cost performance against targets and help to identify cost saving opportunities
  • Preparation and submission of monthly forecast for Direct Expenses
  • Maintenance of financial reporting hierarchy and ensuring changes are executed
  • FTE tracking including joiners, leavers and internal movements
  • Ongoing improvements of existing processes and mitigation of related risks

We are looking for:

  • University degree in Accounting, Banking or Finance
  • Proficient with the use of MS Office, especially MS Excel (including functions, pivots, lookups) and Power Point
  • Proven proficiency in technical courses or work experience in a management reporting, finance or business analytics role
  • Flair for data, numbers and figures
  • Excellent analytical skills and solid attention to details
  • Knowledge of SQL/ VBA, Smartview, MyShop or PeopleSoft is an advantage
  • Team-oriented professional with ability to multi-task in a busy environment. Proven ability to manage work effectively under pressure
  • Confident & professional communication style
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
