Your responsibilities
Participation in the month closing process (reserves calculation, analyses, reconciliations),
Preparing financial data for monthly reporting,
Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the bookkeeping,
Providing our partners with weekly/monthly/quarterly reports,
Execute standard processes within the team according to the procedures,
Assist in performing internal controls including month-end activities according to the control framework,
Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process,
Undertaking research and analysis tasks and any other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities
Our requirements
1+ years of experience in controlling OR 2 + years in finance accounting (General ledger)/ audit
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting,
Experience with ERP accounting systems (SAP is nice to have)
Working knowledge of MS Office,
Fluent spoken and written English, additional French will be an advantage,
Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines,
Ability to analyze and design business processes,
Create a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution
Ability to work 2-4 days per week form the office (ul. Kolorowa 6, Poznań)
