For our Procurement Business Operations Team we are currently looking for a Junior Corporate Programs Specialist
Location: Warsaw, Poland
The role is required to support and build positive relations with our business travelers (Globally) and corporate vehicle drivers (EMEA).
Main Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

The role is required to support and build positive relations with our business travelers (Globally) and corporate vehicle drivers (EMEA).
Main Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Support our business travelers and corporate vehicle drivers with their daily questions by either answering them or routing them to the right contact person / department,
- Running (or requesting and collecting) pre-defined (monthly / quarterly) Corporate Program Reports for our Data HUB Team,
- Analyzing data and Auditing of our business travelers and corporate vehicle drivers,
- Making sure our business travelers and corporate vehicle drivers are safe and are following Solenis policies by providing ongoing training,
- Creating new and updating existing travel profiles in our Travel Management System,
- Maintaining Travel Management System with up to date information,
- Preparation of ad-hoc reporting and analysis of Corporate Program Reports, when required.
You are required to be well organized and have a “can-do” attitude and have very good written and verbal communication in English, as you are in contact with employees across the globe and the team manager is not located in Poland.

- Preferred: University degree or proven track of relevant experience (1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Logistics in an international environment) (Junior / Entry level candidates are allowed to apply, as long as below requirements met),
- Very good written and verbal communication in English (min. B2),
- Good organizational skills, with a "can-do" attitude,
- Computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Office),
- Good view at handling complexity, problem solving and working close to deadlines,
- Excellent communication and analytical skills,
- Customer Service Focus and Process Orientation,
- Flexible to take on new challenges.
