Your responsibilities
- Produce video, photo and the whole visual content and experimental assets with internal teams, agency, partners, and external production companies
- Take the lead on the pre-production incl. booking creative talent, locations, production teams, styling, travel bookings and estimating costs
- Coordinate and assist all creative productions - mostly photo and video shoots
- Take the lead on post-production including retouching, editing, producing master files and adaptations/versions
- Guaranteeing consistency in all deliverables, from ensuring each asset is made to the highest standard, to meeting every format and spec from a brief
- Responsible for project deadlines. Compiling timing plans, keeping the team updated as projects progress and seeking to resolve issues before problems arise
- Manage and maintain a pool of suppliers and partners (photographers, set designers, retouchers, etc.)
- Ensure the right people are hired per project, are fully briefed and the output is consistent with brand guidelines
- Keep track of production budgets
- Immaculate filing. Maintain orderly job folders and planning documents
- Ensure all final assets are updated and filed correctly
- Work hand-in-hand with the Creative Director and the Brand Team
Our requirements
- A good understanding of the creative processes and requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in an agency setting
- An ability to create order from chaos, by implementing processes and structure, allocating projects to the right teams and ensuring colleagues have all they need to execute to the highest standard
- Detail-oriented mindset that allows to spot issues ahead of time (because you’re aware of how assets are going to be presented across different channels)
- Data-driven approach and the ability to make small budgets work, as well as managing complex budgets
- Pragmatic attitude with a hands-on mentality, comfortable with an ever-changing environment
- Negotiating skills to get the best deals with suppliers, while maintaining a professional relationship
- Fluency in written and spoken English
