    is seeking candidates for position:
    Junior Credit Management


    Responsibilities:

    Main responsibilities:

    Independent administration and follow up of a set of ArcelorMittal Customer credit limits, in accordance with the Credit Management procedure, providing the following tasks:

    • Collect requests from Sales Agencies
    • Create a request in insurances systems
    • Control customer credit limits
    • Monitor the credit decision and updating details in SAP system
    • Inform Sales Agencies about decisions of credit limits of insurance companies
    • Monitor periodic credit limits/ compare current limits with current outstanding
    • Verification and control of bank guarantees
    • Control late payments
    • Manage relations with credit insurers
    • Cooperate with the encashment, invoicing and master data department
    • Assist in meetings with sales teams, and customers when needed
    • Follow up and exchange best practices when Credit Management is done locally within the agencies and participate in local Credit Management meetings
    • Report important overpassing of limits and any issue relating to the job description to direct supervisor

    Requirements:

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
    • Good knowledge of French is plus
    • At least Bachelor Degree (Finance, Economy would be an asset)
    • Proficient in using MS Office products, in particular Excel, Word
    • High level of motivation, ability to work under stress
    • Very good organizational skills and communication skills
    • Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
