For our new established center Miele Global Services we are looking for Candidates for the position of:
Junior Customer Care Specialist

You will be responsible for:

  • supporting sales back office;
  • supporting retailers in handling their daily business;
  • creation a positive customer experience for each retailer and relevant touchpoint;
  • accepting and processing home appliance orders from our retail partners;
  • checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions and telephone product advice;
  • creation of offers in coordination with the sales force;
  • clarifying customer complaints even in the event of an escalation;
  • entry and release of credit notes and returns according to specifications;
  • processing general administrative tasks of the department;
  • deliver input to continuous improvement and potential enhancements of processes and solutions.

What we expect:

  • experience in working with customer;
  • Bachelor (e.g., Business administration or of a comparable study program) or equivalent / higher education;
  • very good written and oral communication in English;
  • good MS-Office skills;
  • good communication skills;
  • assertiveness, flexibility, resilience;
  • good Team-player able to work in cross cultural team;
  • customer-centric mindset;
  • solution-focused - acts ’customer first in perfect execution’;
  • attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results;
  • agile working way.
