For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Junior Customer Care Specialist with French and EnglishNumer ref.: JCCN/EWR/GRM/21
Responsibilities
- Managing customers business needs over e-mail (occasionally by phone)
- Processing customers’ requests and updating data in the computer systems
- Following prescribed processes
- Providing customers with all requested and relevant information
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of French and English
- Enthusiastic, communicative people that are willing to support our customers
- Very good interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to pick up new tasks quickly
- Basic computer skills
