Department Overview

Supply Chain structure which is currently being dynamically developed here in Krakow. It includes Order Management, Customer Master Data, Order scheduling, Demand and Supply Planning. The department is new on one hand but it is expected to become a Center of Excellence in the global structures in the near future. Supply Chain is supporting sales process and operations on daily basis starting from forecasting through order scheduling and management, securing material availability up to shipping.Order Management organization supports Motorola Solutions Radio and Systems business by processing and managing the NA orders.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the customer master data including set up of new accounts in multiple systems.
  • Manage and maintain salesperson information related to customer setups
  • Driving comprehensive application of global and regional Customer Master Data processes
  • Adapting to a fast paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests but still maintain the ability to refocus quickly if business need dictates.
  • Monthly close activities that result in heavier workloads usually involving overtime
  • Management of customer expectations
  • Providing metrics and reports to Management as required.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • Good English commands – verbal and written
  • Additional languages will be a plus
  • Knowledge about MS office and Google Suite
  • Excellent time management 
  • Excellent communication skills, self motivated and able to work under pressure
