Your responsibilities

  • Leading the cooperation agenda with a major Clients in all areas of the Supply Chain.

  • Leading a team of Customer Service Specialists (recruitment, training, evaluation).

  • Cooperation with Sales and Finance departments and all teams within the Supply Chain.

  • Arranging and conducting meetings with major Clients as well as conducting and participating in meetings within Unilever.

  • Acting as a main point of contact in escalation the terms of all topics related to the group of Clients.

  • Solving Customers/Client’s issues, independently or in cooperation with other departments.

  • Participation in a projects related to customer requirements and striving for optimization in the operational area.

  • Initiating changes, improvements and optimization in the operational area.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience within a busy commercial customer service environment (O2C management)

  • Previous experience of managing a team

  • Fluent English

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Power Point, Teams)

  • Experience gained within FMCG environment

  • Good knowledge of CRM and ERP Systems (SAP desirable)

  • Excellent customer awareness and focus

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good planning, organizing and prioritizing skills

  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving abilities
