Junior Customer Service Processes Specialist with Spanish

The process from order taking from customers, through goods delivery to cash collection is called “Order to cash”. Unilever analyzed the industry’s best practice and developed its own solution.

The model aims at benefiting from efficient centralized operations. A key centre for Europe is now being set up in Katowice to run part of the Company’s Order to Cash operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operational tasks of orders or claims processing in the system, accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target
  • Deliver different order to cash processes KPI’s
  • Be in touch with local Customer Service organizations, warehousing and distribution, Transportation Tower
  • Review and solve tickets in Customer Relationship Management System
  • Ensure efficient customer service processes


  • University Graduate (min. Bachelor)
  • Experience in Customer Services Operations would be an asset
  • Problem solving and decision making ability
  • Ability to work with various IT applications (Knowledge of SAP would be an asset)
  • English fluency
  • Communicative Spanish is a must
  • Analytical skills, multitasking
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
