We are looking for Customer Service Specialist
 
Open and energetic person who will join the Customer Service and Sales Team responsible for providing support to customers & suppliers and managing information on deliveries, orders and complaints.

Job Description

  • Being the first point of contact with the suppliers and customers (responding to customer expectations, providing information on the status of orders, deliveries and complaints, providing customer support in finding the right product or its replacement in the system etc.)
  • Purchasing and delivery problem solving
  • Order and delivery management (checking the status of current orders and deliveries, changing the method and date of delivery, split deliveries etc.)
  • Returns, exchanges and complaints management
  • Using the internal purchasing system
  • Providing support to customers and suppliers in matters related to using the purchasing system
  • Analyzing delivery data and preparation of reports on the status of orders, deliveries and complaints
  • Cooperation with company departments: Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in similar position is not required
  • Excellent communication skills and openness for working with clients and suppliers
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English is required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Resistance to stress
  • „Can do” attitude and proactive approach
  • Cost oriented
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge and experience with Maintenance, Repair and Operations products will be an asset
  • Working Experience in international company or MRO Service / e-commerce / supply chain / manufacturing / logistics companies will be an asset
  • University degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logictics, E-Commerce or other technical-related
