Your responsibilities

  • Performing Customer’s order entries, generating order confirmations

  • Resolving Customer’s queries and disputes

  • Supporting Sales and Service teams in their daily tasks

  • Responding to business inquiries– via e-mail, chat and phone/Teams conversations

  • Meets deadlines and demonstrates quality when processing transactions

  • Identifies issues or risks and works with team members to resolve

  • Cooperate with internal departments and the business

  • Provide backup coverage & assistance within the department

  • Follow internal controls requirements and complies with company’s policies and procedures

  • Participates in processes improvement initiatives

Our requirements

  • Working time according to East Coast US time 8:00-18:00 i.e. 14:00-24:00 CET, based on rotating time schedule, and the US holidays calendar

  • At least good (B2 level) knowledge of English (written and oral) required

  • Detail-oriented, accurate, well organized, flexible and open to changes

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Willingness to work in an open and multicultural environment

  • Intermediate IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, general IT understanding)

  • Basic knowledge of SAP will be an asset but is not required
