Junior Customer Solutions Provider with German

We are currently looking for a person interested in taking a job position as a Customer Solutions Provider (CSP).

CSP will work closely with the Finance Department and will have a real impact on shaping relationships with the company's international business partners. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers and business partners 
  • Entering data into ERP system
  • Escalating issues timely, as needed in accordance with process procedures
  • Analysing of accounting documentation and reports

We expect:

  • Very good knowledge of German min. B2
  • Good knowledge of English 
  • Being proactive, willing to learn, result-oriented team-player able to manage own time to meet the deadlines.
  • Experience in Finance environment will be an asset
