Your responsibilities
Building relationships with partners and their key customers, assistance in driving customer retention, growth and satisfaction
Partners' support during system implementation, detecting space for expansion
Monitoring the implementation of the partners' projects timely
Proactive customer care and maintaining strong business relationships
Business analysis of customer accounts and objectives
Development and implementation of the customer success plans to drive customer retention, growth and satisfaction
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are being met
Our requirements
Fluency in English (min. B2)
Fluency in Italian (min. B2)
Strong understanding of SaaS and customer success principles
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success or account management
Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive customer success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Accountability and personal organization
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases
