Your responsibilities

  • Building relationships with partners and their key customers, assistance in driving customer retention, growth and satisfaction

  • Partners' support during system implementation, detecting space for expansion

  • Monitoring the implementation of the partners' projects timely

  • Proactive customer care and maintaining strong business relationships

  • Business analysis of customer accounts and objectives

  • Development and implementation of the customer success plans to drive customer retention, growth and satisfaction

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are being met

Our requirements

  • Fluency in English (min. B2)

  • Fluency in Italian (min. B2)

  • Strong understanding of SaaS and customer success principles

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success or account management

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive customer success

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Accountability and personal organization

  • Multi-tasking abilities

  • Patience when handling tough cases
