Junior Custumer Service Support Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Invoicing closed service orders and monitor the status of finalized call outs

  • Process weekly field service technicians’ replenishments

  • Supporting Service Manager with logging service enquires and complaints

  • Update and maintain of system master data

  • Receipt of failures / errors at coffee machines incl. data acquisition in SAP

  • Assurance of service availability (call center) and helpdesk function (in cooperation with local technical team)

  • Coordination and dispatch of service calls to subcontractors

  • Tracking of open orders till closure

  • Invoice check of subcontractors

  • Invoicing of customers

  • Coordination of spare part replenishment for MPCS and consignment stocks (third party)

  • Data maintenance and tracing of service contracts (SLA) and equipment

  • Create credit notes

  • General administrative support

Our requirements

  • University Degree: B.A. or M.A. 1-3 year experience in an administrative, customer service or similar back office role preferred. Very good oral and written English skills is a must (regular contact with headquarters in Minden).

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • The ability to work in a team

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise

  • The capability of handling multiple tasks

  • You have a profound knowledge about MS Office, previous experience with SAP and CRM is highly appreciated

The Role

The Junior Custumer Service Support Specialist plays an important role within the organisation. He or she is responsible for ensuring that service orders are processed and completed in a timely manner. In addition, he or she is the first contact for incoming service calls and the contact person for customers and service partners as well as a crucial support for the whole team.
