Your responsibilities
Collaborate with data leaders and multi-discipline teams to analyse work processes with relevant data sources and help identify their data needs,
Design roles and responsibilities which will enable data being managed properly,
Create training materials and training paths, as well as deliver trainings in the field of Data Management,
Help assess chosen organizational units’ Data Management Maturity in accordance with CMMI DMM Model,
Review the landscape of tools existing in the market to support the data needs of the business, assess them, and help implement best-in-class solutions,
Create and implement Key Performance Indicators for Data Governance and Data Quality,
Drive overall improvement of data management, which will enable emerging capabilities and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning for flawless integration and application between data scientist, functional specialists and their key user cases,
Support roll-out of successful procedures by defining scale-up approach and global deployment strategy,
Operate with Fast Cycle Learning mindset.
Our requirements
University Master degree in a field related to data OR experience with SQL, Python, Data Bricks, or any other language programming is a must
Previous work experience related to data management or data quality (up to 2 years)
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Skills such as technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership and the ability to work with others
Passion to drive change as well as project manage

Manager, you will:
• Partner with our global teams to identify needs to help our production floor, facilitate our work processes, or improve our Business in general,
• Spread the culture of managing data as an asset,
• Oversee both the existing and the newly created solutions to ensure they follow recommended data management practices,
• Establish Data Management procedures with the focus on Data Governance and Data Quality, and coach colleagues in implementing them,
• Stay connected externally to bring in the best adequate solutions and strategies in.
