Junior Demand Planner

Your responsibilities

• Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager Europe, the successful candidate will be responsible for the total market forecasts within their assigned Region (standard and promotional forecast).The responsibility to develop and maintain statistical forecasts in MANUGISTICS will lie with the wider area team, but they you will have direct responsibility to gather and challenge local market intelligence, input the market intelligence into MANUGISTICS and understand and maintain cannibalization effects ensuring the right level of communication with the Area team to get the best possible total market forecast.

• Coordinate the forecast requirements for co-packing & co-packaging

• Support Customer Service (CS) by providing demand information for CS pro-actively to support delivery to customers.

• Follow up on market/hub SLOBs process.

• To support the SKU rationalization process at hub level

• Promotional forecast on finish goods and displays

• Information regarding distribution gains and losses, new product launch, Neilson data etc

• Analyse and support a closed feedback loop with sales and marketing monthly on market intelligence.

• Own entry of market intelligence into MANUGISTICS and collaborate with area team on impacts to statistical forecast.

• Manage distributors in assigned geographical area: gather updated forecast per month and track sales Vs fcst.

• Support CE distributors and other business within the Hub.
