Junior E-commerce Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the growth of the volume and profitability of e-commerce in Poland and increase the attractivity of company's products on digital shelves
• To ensure the visibility of the products in each eRetail touchpoint (Merchandising, Cross-Selling, Promotions)
• You will work closely with the respective Key Account Manager and develop and implement promotions and campaigns with customers
• You will constantly look for more opportunities in the E-Commerce environment and respond quickly to business challenges to gain market share and visibility

Experience:

• You have a successfully completed commercial degree and have gained min. 2 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager, ideally in FMCG
• You have demonstrated experience with managing of E-Commerce businesses or digital marketing and have a good understanding of the E-commerce market in Poland
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
• Experienced handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• You are a teamplayer with strong analytical skills, who can work independently, set priorities and is a strong decision-maker

Salary:

• 9.000 - 10.500 PLN gross/ month + bonus
