Your responsibilities

  • Lead Sephora E-trade plan : planning, nego & execution with BAMS & Client Team;

  • Participate in daily activities of e-commerce sales team;

  • Create premium online shopping experience according to brands' strategy;

  • Organize e-commerce content according to brand priorities;

  • Build effective business relationships with the E-Clients;

  • Facilitate know-how exchange with Client during quarterly workshops;

  • Find best practices in the market, exploring knowledge about E-Client’s behaviors, monitoring competing brands;

  • Cooperate with digital, marketing and trade marketing teams.

Our requirements

  • Gained your first experience in e-commerce, sales or digital.

  • Are up to date with the newest E-Commerce trends.

  • Are able to build long-lasting relations with your clients.

  • Are analytical, result oriented and experienced with Excel and Power Point.

  • Are well-organized and feel comfortable within a dynamic environment.

  • Are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills.

  • Are a good planner with excellent project management skills.

  • Are fluent in Polish and English.

  • Experience within cosmetics industry is an advantage.
