Junior EMEA Payroll SpecialistNumer ref.: 123147
Solenis is currently looking for a junior  Junior EMEA HR Payroll Specialist to join our existing team. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity in Solenis office located on Giełdowa 1 in Warsaw. No experience is required for the role, we will give You the chance to learn doing the job to grow within a young international team.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for assigned countries and ensure that payroll is processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with all statutory regulations,
  • Process employee data changes as needed and finalize employee time & attendance data prior to payroll processing,
  • Effectively communicate with all the organization levels as a partner and point of support, developing and building partnerships across key areas as HR BP, HR ops team, accounting and finance, vendors,
  • Proactively manage own workload to meet the required deadlines in cooperation with the rest of the team, and payroll manager,
  • Cooperation with HR BP, finance and external vendors,
  • Takes part in audit and other common related activities once required,
  • Manage registration for new employees (insurance, new hire reporting to governmental agencies).
Core requirements:
  • Keen interest in pursuing career in HR Operations area and eagerness to learn,
  • Very good Excel and analytical skills, good with numbers,
  • B2 level in English (both written and spoken),
  • Responsibility, strong organizational skills,
  • Open minded with good level of motivation and initiative, self-discipline, task prioritization,
  • Very good communication skills.
Nice to have:
  • Additional languages: preferably German and French, but also Italian/Dutch /Swedish/Spanish,
  • Experience in Kronos or any other time and attendance system.
  • No previous experience required
