Your responsibilities
Monitoring and control of waste data reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
Communicating between stakeholders throughout the network and ensure guidance on regulatory requirements concerning waste reporting policies throughout the markets
Proactive daily communication with an external consulting company in terms of compliance
The root-cause analysis of any problems regarding waste data accuracy, executing improvement projects
Analyses and classification of new products with cooperation of Master Data department
Locating areas in which waste management is problematic and advising solutions
Answering queries from the public, local authorities and production/industrial organizations
Liaising with other environmental experts (Water Protection Office, etc.)
Following and communicating all regulatory changes
Active support for Sample Center, as well as Dangerous Goods Officer at zooplus
Review and development of subject matter related SQL queries
Our requirements
First experience in quality or logistics area, preferably in eCommerce
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent communication (ability to communicate with different stakeholders) and interpersonal skills
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, German would be a plus
